- Dogs are allowed at all Statskog cabins. Pets should preferably not come indoors (living room/bedroom) and should be kept off furniture
- Arrival/departure: 17.00 hours (5 p.m.)
- Before you leave, be sure that the cabin is clean and in good condition
- Some cabins have 12 volt solar panel power systems for lighting only. These systems have no extra capacity for powering mobile phones or portable electronic devices or for charging batteries
Booking and cancellation rules for rental of Statskog cabins
- All rentals should be booked online in advance
- All bookings of Statskog cabins are debited when booked.Customers may cancel bookings up to 30 days before rental periods start, against a charge of NOK 500.00.
- Upon cancellation less than 30 days before a rental period starts, 50% of the rental sum will be refunded. Upon cancellation less than seven days before a rental period starts, there will be no refund.
- We advise customers to have cancellation insurance along with their travel insurance
Picking up and delivering keys
- Bring your booking confirmation
- Cabin keys are handed out by agents who have extended opening hours and are close to the rental cabins, such as at petrol stations, kiosks, sports shops or grocery shops
- The name and location of the agent, contact details and opening hours are specified in the booking confirmation
- Note that our agents who hand out keys may have varying opening hours
